No. To make a transaction through move, users should be registered with MovePayment. You can refer your friend and when they sign up with MovePayment you will earn cashback.
Please ensure that you select the correct person when initiating a transaction in Move. Once the money is sent, the only way to claim it back is with the recipient’s consent. Please reach out to Help and Support in your Move App for immediate assistance.
In some cases, it can take up to 15 minutes for your account balance to update in the app. You don’t need to do anything further.
