Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that align with the overall product vision and enhance user satisfaction, considering usability, accessibility, and simplicity.
• Develop high-fidelity visual mockups and assets, maintaining consistency and a cohesive visual identity throughout the platform.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and data-driven insights to continually improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for both web and mobile applications.
• Ability to conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts and rationale.
