    1. Getting started

    1. In English: Simply download the MovePayment app and follow the registration steps.

    All transactions are processed through our partner Salt Edge Limited. Salt Edge operates in Germany under licens of Fino-run GmbH wiht the Licence reference 150228, a company licensed by BaFin that provides account information services and payment initiation services.

    2. Making payments

    You have the option to make payments to your friends either through the “Pay to Contacts” feature or using the Move ID. If your friends are not yet using the MovePayment app, feel free to invite them and earn yourself a reward.

    Your friends can easily send you money by finding you through their contacts or Move ID in the MovePayment app. You can also show your QR code to get paid faster. The payment will then be sent to your linked bank account.

    The payment limit is determined by the regulations of your linked bank. There are no fees for users.

    3. Troubleshooting and support

    There are two ways to contact the MovePayment Support Team: through the support button on the website or within your MovePayment app.

    You have the option to delete your account and information either through the app by navigating to your profile and clicking on “Delete Account” in the settings, or by reaching out to our support team.
