These Terms govern customer use of the Spinning Wheel feature within the MovePayment app. By using Spinning Wheel, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Spins & Availability
- The availability of Spins and Reward is not guaranteed and may be granted solely at our discretion.
- A spin outcome may be 0 EUR or a random amount shown on the wheel. If the outcome is 0 EUR, no reward code is issued.
2. Reward Codes — Issuance & Expiry
- When a spin grants a reward, a single-use reward code is issued with an expiry date shown alongside the reward code.
- A valid reward code may be used on any future transfer before it expires.
- One code per transfer. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
3. Applying a Code
- When you apply a code, its value is added to the amount you send for that transfer.
Example: If you plan to send 100 EUR and apply a 5 EUR code, we will send 105 EUR. - A code may be applied only when your send amount is greater than or equal to the minimum amount required to use a voucher (as shown in-app). If the amount is below this minimum, the code will not apply and the app will notify you.
- Codes must be entered on first screen of Send Money Abroad; they cannot be applied after completing a transfer.
- A code must be Active at the time of application.
- Codes cannot be reinstated once Used or Expired.
4. Rewards Screen & Statuses
- Codes appear under Rewards → Active / Used / Expired, showing Amount, Code, Date won, Valid until, with a copy action.
- After successful application, a code moves to Used with a timestamp.
- After the expiry date, a code moves to Expired and cannot be used. Entering a Used or Expired code has no effect.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a transfer that generated a code is cancelled or refunded, we may cancel the associated code.
6. Service Changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Spinning Wheel at any time. The app will reflect your current codes and their status.
